Glory Mansion Sales Center

The project is located in the core of Shiyan,China, the surrounding living facilities are diversified, completed and convenient. As a future urban comprehensive community, the project covers a series of apartment types such as landscape high-rise buildings, villa style houses, and mountain heart courtyard. YIPAI Design takes the classic meaning of "ideal living" as the logic, integrating the spatial temperament of mountains, rivers, gardens, and natural harmony. On the basis of modern style architecture, it follows orderly and dynamic lines, integrates local humanistic sentiments, and allows every visitor to feel the sense of returning home ceremony.

The designer extracts natural elements such as "valleys, waterfalls, forests, lakes, and rivers", and takes "entering the garden, sightseeing, seeking tranquility, and returning to the forest" as the direction of movement. From multidimensional perspectives such as integration, humanities, and nature, the designer shapes a garden experience with strong emotional memory points, bringing infinite extension to the space. Through the harmony and balance of the site environment, comfortable and natural design expression, people have a dialogue with the space, and endow the space with flowing vitality.

In the first 3 years, the project was mainly used for sales center, then it will be put into use as a Reception Club for the clients. The designer has fully considered the continuity and recycling of the space, reducing the investment cost of Party A. The use of a large number of green plants not only effectively improves indoor air quality, but also enhances the ecology, culture, and artistic conception of the space.

YIPAI Design believe that the project is not just about design, but also conveys a sense of value and attitude. Every detail in the hall exudes poetry and rhythm, and light and shadow freely soar in the space, as if telling a story about nature.
