The space for the project that will receive the stu.dere – Oficina de Arquitectura e Design and Civiurban - Engenharia e Fiscalização was born to respond to two recent premisses: a prominent office in the region that shows through its own team and space the values that we believe are essential to meet the challenges of each client: professionalism, transparency, professional competence and quality.
The large space, located on the ground floor of an apartment building, was divided to accommodate an architecture office, an engineering and inspection office and a meeting room. The architectural options taken in terms of the materials used and the layout of the spaces allowed the approach to an open space, despite the physical partitions.
At the entrance, customers and visitors find a small seating area, with direct access to two offices and a meeting room. The materials used, walnut doors and furniture, wooden flooring, lacquered glass, line the entrance wall and the glass divisions make the project sophisticated, modern and sober.
In the different spaces, personalized details can be observed that intend to convey that small details enrich and give the spaces a dynamic and differentiating character. So the team wants to be recognized.
