JADE APARTMENTS

This project is located in the centre of Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, Chikan District, which is the first provincial-wide tourism demonstration area in Zhanjiang City. The project is located on Kangshun Road Avenue, along People's Avenue in the northwest, adjacent to the central green axis. WJID has been exploring the strategy of symbiotic urban regeneration as the background of the project, taking Lingnan culture as the coat, inheriting Zhanjiang's century-long cultural lineage, and drawing on the memory of Lantau Island, WJID introduces the design concept of "Lantau Island Original" inspired by Morishima Island in the sea, to create a noble and hidden luxury space suitable for the contemporary human life.
