Park Lane Complex

The site is adjacent to the Zhangcun River in the north, the sports park on Shenzhen Road in Laoshan District in the south, and the mountains and ridges in the east. The strange peaks and the sea of clouds carry the city’s attachment to the islands and seas and rivers. In this project, nature and history are intertwined into a wonderful melody of the bay city, organically integrating oriental charm and western style, and colliding with the unique temperament of this city. In the end, a secluded, luxurious and elegant mansion reflecting modern aesthetics came into being.

The theme of the project is Elegance, which re-discovers the beauty of Eastern philosophy of life from complexity to simplicity. The architecture draws on the artistic conception and pattern of the city of mountains and rivers: borrowing the momentum of mountains, the beauty of lines, the weight of stones, and the charm of light, through simple composition and materials and concise lines, it outlines a different kind of fashion and delicacy. They respond to the spiritual characteristics of modern aesthetics in modern language, and restore the aesthetics of order, etiquette, sharing, and refinement.

The community center as a whole is made of elegant medium gray and champagne gold metal aluminum panels with marble, abandoning complicated columns and components, emphasizing modernity and refinement. The material range is reasonably divided based on different functional spaces. High-transparency glass is used to create "empty" open space fragments; exquisite line and corner treatment makes the edges of the metal aluminum panels elegant and straight. Exquisite details are combined with the virtual and real combination of the building itself, showing an elegant figure in an unobtrusive way.

After several rounds of planning, the design team adopted a pure line language for the home lobby, which blends natural art lighting without modification. As far as one could see, it is no longer a tedious journey home, but a sense of homecoming ceremony arises spontaneously. The metal lines stretched along the street, the lightness of glass, and the thickness of stone complement each other, showing the quality of craftsmanship.
