Quzhou Electrode Zero Carbon Park

The park is located in Donggang Development Zone, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of about 207.741 mu, with a planned total construction area of about 36,087 square meters.

It is proposed to build an administrative service center, multi-functional hall, canteen, and dormitory to meet the needs of employees of Quzhou Jidian Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. for office, activities, entertainment, catering, and accommodation. The design is positioned as a multi-functional complex park, with a simple space layout, to create a dynamic sharing, intelligent interaction, comfortable and relaxed, ecological and natural office space and atmosphere.



Modern office space pays more attention to humanization and individual needs, organically integrates work and life, and enriches the spirit of corporate culture by displaying corporate image and development concepts through personalized office space. When designing, the team fully considered the needs of modern office and the company’s individual and human needs, and specially extracted the theme of "green core". Designers have integrated the concept of "grey space" in public cultural buildings in the park and functionalized the structure. The potential of re-planning and functional iteration of some areas is combined with the experiential nature of industrial tourism, and corresponding plans will be made according to the future development of the enterprise.



The landscape starts from the concept of "one core, two rings and six cores". As a high-end image display surface, the green science and technology square shows the cultural and technological atmosphere of the park, and at the same time has the function of collecting and distributing. The combination of "water green ring" and "green dynamic ring" creates a new model of work and life in the park, enhances employees’ sense of happiness and belonging, and reflects the humanistic aura of "GREEN HEART". The theme "the core of green field, the core of green movement, the core of green water, the core of enjoyment, the core of happy life, and the core of joy and wisdom" creates a sustainable garden landscape space, which dissolves in all levels inside and outside the building, and create a harmonious ecological park.
