Jade Apartments

The designer was inspired by the humanistic history of Zhanjiang, a city in southern China. By deconstructing the city's characteristics, the designer incorporated Chinese design interpretations and adopted a restrained and implicit approach to create a noble and secluded lifestyle for contemporary residents. This approach echoes the past while taking root in the present.

In the living room, which is the core area of the space, the designer encourages interaction between people through an open layout. The furniture arrangement is designed to connect the whole space with pure black, which interweaves with multi-level textures to create a pure and elegant space form. This traditional color context is grasped by the designer to convey oriental aesthetics.

The modern form of space conveys oriental beauty. The new Chinese-style furniture in the space is simple and restrained, creating a quiet and calm ambiance. Stone carvings and porcelain embellishments are also used to extend the Eastern charm. The ancient and modern forms are unified to realize the inheritance of the story, as well as a new beginning.

In the dining area, the kitchen and dining room are integrated to be continuous to the greatest extent, allowing for evocative interactive experiences to occur. The theme of "circle" is maintained, with the round table symbolizing cohesion, echoing the artistic ring chandelier and curved ceiling.

Finally, the master bedroom space is elegant, with different materials of leather, wood, metal, and stone colliding with each other to enhance the sense of breathing in the room and give the space a flexible rhythm.
