Loop

The site is a new house. The name of the project is “Loop” because of the function and the sliding doors. The client needs a variety of functions in the social area and therefore wants to maximize the flexibility. The site has a green front and backyard, so the design team installed sliding doors to connect each area, allowing the space to change size according to the context. The layout is intuitive and convenient for both banquet and daily use. At the same time, the glass allows for unobstructed views of the plants in the front and backyard.
The project is based on the American style to meet the needs of Oriental people. The rhythm of the trims links up the rhythm of the space, while the wood veneer shows warmth. In the dining room, which brings the family together, the vaulted ceiling echoes the Chinese round table. The connection between people is tightened by the design and planning of the space.
