The project is situated in the central area of Jinan, Shandong, covering an approximate area of 10,000 square meters, which includes a 700-square-meter outdoor rooftop garden.

The rise of the mobile internet has fundamentally transformed people's expectations regarding physical spaces, cultural identity, and collaborative communication. It has evolved into an independent attribute and a connecting bridge between individuals and companies. Thus, a corporate headquarters is more than just a physical space for collaborative work; it serves as a platform for companies to convey their culture, fulfill social responsibilities, nurture talent, and ignite the proactive and creative potential of their workforce.

The spatial design of this project can be categorized into two primary segments: the external and internal components. The external section comprises the ground-floor lobby, a 7-story conference center, and a 10-story cultural center, all of which serve various functions including reception, meetings, and exhibitions. The corporate culture of the 'Greenland Spring' Group, emphasizing virtues, benevolence, and the pursuit of a better life, has been seamlessly integrated into the design, allowing clients to genuinely feel and experience it. The internal segment encompasses 4 floors of restaurants, an 8th and 9th-floor cross-floor coffee bar, and each floor is equipped with collaboration centers, nursing rooms, dressing rooms, etc. These facilities cater to the round-the-clock needs of employees for work, communication, relaxation, physical activity, independent thinking, and more. The 4th-floor employee restaurant breaks away from the traditional cafeteria concept; it functions as a culinary hub, a wellness center, and an activity hub. In addition to regular meals, it accommodates diverse functional needs such as afternoon tea, coffee shop, and entertainment activities, truly serving as an energy hub for the company, enabling employees to be carefree, enjoy themselves, and stay energized.

In the future, there is a form of work, wherein individuals achieve self-realization through their professional endeavors, and companies serve as platforms that carry and fulfill dreams. Headquarters design should not only comprehend the company's operational model but also craft the vision for the company's ascent.
