The project is situated at the junction of Yingbin Road and Hedong Road in Jiyang District, Sanya City. It is known as the 'Yuechuan Unit,' the first construction unit of the headquarters economy and central business district. Positioned as a comprehensive business district, it serves as the core area for Sanya's future development, featuring international commercial and cultural pedestrian streets and comprehensive business districts. The total land area spans 12,979.46 square meters, with a building area of 92,804.36 square meters. The project mainly consists of an office tower, a three to four-story podium, and a two-story basement. The tower is located on the southeast side of the plot, boasting 28 floors and a height of 120.00 meters. The commercial section of the podium is situated on the south and west sides, surrounding the office tower, totaling three floors with an additional partial fourth floor on the north side.
