Our project is situated at the gateway location of the Lujia Town Intelligent Robotic Industry Innovation Cluster in Kunshan, with Shanghai in the east and Suzhou in the west. Under the national policy of promoting regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta, the site possesses significant advantages in regional and industrial. Different from the traditional industrial property, it is classified as new-type industrial land, allowing for a balanced mix of functions within a suitable proportion. Moreover, high-rise industrial buildings can be constructed.

Therefore, We want it to be more than just an industrial park, but a vibrant intelligent community that integrates functions such as innovation offices, research labs, high-standard factories, retails, apartments, life support facilities, and green landscaping. We hope that it will be a sustainable and attractive green industrial complex, ultimately, as an exemplary model of the 'industrial upscaling' projects in the Yangtze River Delta region.

We have designed elements including interfaces and internal streets following the logic of the city. The western side, which faces the city's main artery, is served as the primary urban showcase. Integrated with urban greenery, it will become a regional landmark and attraction. People are guided from here into the park. The high-rise buildings on the western side, for research and development, supporting facilities and apartment functions, not only serve the park itself but also extend their influence to the entire urban area. In the park, multiple industrial clusters for robot research and development are formed through continuous and permeable landscape axes and courtyards.

By arranging and stacking volumes artfully, the buildings shape an elegant urban skyline and urban spatial form, creating a regional landmark. In the future, amidst the bustling city, this 'green industrial complex' will be a science and innovation paradise for companies in the park, offering production, office space, and leisure oasis.
