In the single buildings of 78 and 79, a comprehensive spatial narrative of office, business, social and other complex formats belonging to D AND J INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is laid out. The design begins with the connection between spirit, people, behavior, and place. Through precise control of material perception and form level, it pursues the integration of lasting value, original spirit, and pragmatism, while making the brand visible and culture perceptible, creating a space filled with diversity and inclusiveness for business and office. In the whole space construction, from architecture to landscape to interior, the visual focus is gradually brought to the interior, building a unique image of the brand.
The area of Building 78 is the business place and office environment of the POSE brand under D AND J INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. The brand's objective is to excel in the realm of premium sportswear and achieve the ambitious goal of pioneering innovation within the national brand landscape. The concept of space design draws inspiration from the brand will and aesthetic imagination of POSE. POSE is derived from the amalgamation of predicament, hope, dream, and the orange light that emerges at sunrise. The utilisation of luminosity and aesthetic appeal serves as a means to comprehend various manifestations of avant-garde artistic expression. Through the manipulation of form, light, colour, and intricate details, these artistic endeavours strive to give spatial dimensions a tangible presence. Moreover, they aim to transcend the confines of space and time, thereby evoking a sense of poeticism, romanticism, and resplendent aesthetic sensibilities within the viewer.
In conjunction with the notions of spatiality and branding, designers will prioritise the representation of distinct spatial dimensions, emphasising the harmonious integration of internal materials and forms, while striving for simplicity and profound significance. Building upon this foundation, the incorporation of multimedia art within spatial design enables the creation of more extensive and varied spatial encounters, offering individuals a novel audio-visual experience. This approach aligns with the future trajectory of space design.
The 79 regions are associated with brand strategies for sustainable operations, aimed at creating an international scene for end-to-end supply chain management services.
