MOYA has been instrumental in shaping the interior design and FF&E services for an upcoming affordable senior housing complex in Chantilly, VA.



Our interior scope covers 9,400 SF of building amenities, residential corridors, community spaces, and the residential unit entry. MOYA's design philosophy for this project is driven by our commitment to developing inviting and nurturing interiors that resonate with the unique needs of older residents.



To date, we have developed preliminary floor plans and verified compliance with applicable building codes. Our recommendations for color palettes, finish materials, and accessories will be presented to the client (APAH) for approval before the finalization and delivery of schedules.
