Qingdao Rayfore Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of custom containers and container houses, integrating research and development, design, production, sales and services. Its new office building is a four-story comprehensive building primarily designed for office work, reception, meetings and employee dining, located in the Jiaozhou Industrial Park on the northwest coast of Jiaozhou Bay in the western part of Qingdao City, Shandong.



The office building consists of four floors with a total area of 5000 square meters. Internally, it includes a reception hall, corporate culture exhibition area, office area, meeting rooms and conference center, employee dining room and kitchen, employee leisure area and executive offices. The overall design style is presented in a modern minimalist manner, with fashionable materials such as marble and metal chosen for the interior. What sets this project apart is the rational planning of circulation and space layout based on functional requirements. Under a unified design style, different color combinations are used to create spaces for various functions, effectively enhancing the company's image through the use of color. The core of the corporate culture is integrated into the design.
