The project is located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, which is famous for its tea mountain. There is also a pool shaped like love in front of the original tea factory. The design no longer adopts the space means of traditional suburban homestays in the inward courtyard, but adopts the outward-oriented volume means of large interspersed and large-area transparency.
The project modeling is inspired by the shape of tea floating in the water and the continuous tea mountain around the project, which is integrated into the block structure of the building and the shape of the roof. The finally formed curved roof echoes the mountains and lakes, and the light and upturned building roof is like an awning boat shuttles on the surface of the water. At the same time, this roof shape is in line with the traditional local residential form, showing the integration of architecture and regional culture. In addition, opening the window also takes into account the best facade effect and landscape utilization, and maintains the integrity of the facade. In the design of indoor space, we pay great attention to the flow of space and the connection with nature. We make full use of large window holes and landscapesurfaces to integrate the outdoor natural atmosphere into the indoor space and return to nature and authenticity.
