Starting off from humble origins, the successful homeowner couple has cultivated deep bonds with their three children in both life and work. Their aspiration, guided by a well-integrated design, is to unite the growing family branches into a cohesive wholeness under one roof.

In this heartfelt project centered around the owner-built house, the focus was on crafting a layout for a generous 1320-square-meter expanse. This arrangement gracefully embraced three generations, encouraging shared passions and enveloping the surroundings with a sense of comfort and emotional resonance. The aim was to delicately balance the warmth of mutual care with the freedom of individual living spaces.

On the first floor, an expansive area of 660 square meters was meticulously planned to serve as a nurturing hub for shared living and meaningful activities, catering to the needs of parents and spanning across generations. This thoughtful design aimed to create a harmonious space where family members could come together, fostering deeper connections and cherishing precious moments.

Transitioning to the second floor, the focus shifted to individual family residences for the son and two daughters. Each dwelling, comprising a generously proportioned space, was intricately designed to align seamlessly with their respective lifestyle and requirements. The intention was to not only provide comfort and functionality but also to anticipate their future needs, ensuring that these residences would remain inviting and adaptive for years to come.
