The design is centered around creating an integrated water scene center area by blending courtyard-like arrangements and landscape elements that are meant to enrich the space experience and enhance visual appeal. A series of continuous traffic and spatial sequences are used to guide the use experience, including the entrance area, the pathway leading home, the water courtyard and clubhouse, as well as recreational trails on the open floor. The water courtyard not only acts as a vocal focus of the landscape but also as a spiritual emblem of the entire community, functioning as a buffer between public and private spaces. The different resting platforms within the water courtyard are connected to the open floor, with spaces blending together to soften the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas and visually expand the spatial scale, in order to attain a landscape effect of sight line accessibility and complementary functions, while maximizing the landscape value of the water courtyard. The space surrounding the clubhouse is covered by natural materials and vegetation, suggesting a reverence for the indigenous nature of the site and aiming to establish an outdoor setting that is both serene and refined. The open floor introduces a flexible and adaptable public space that accents a tranquil and relaxing ambiance within the community by providing seclusion from the hustle and bustle. The design of this project prioritizes maintaining a logical space flow and ensuring the coherence of regional functions, making a seamless transition between different zones. The designers strive to establish a clear spatial hierarchy and structured rhythm, water elements and intricate planting arrangements are introduced to harmonize the convenience of modern urban living with the peacefulness of the natural surroundings. Essentially, the design suggests using the landscape as an extended social and recreational hub, sort of "Landscape Pan Club", to reinvent the value of the community shared space.
