Nokia has recently opened its first office in Seoul, South Korea, showcasing the new corporate branding that reflects its mission of driving technological innovations for every industry's digital potential. The office design integrates local elements and Nokia’s origin – Finnish influences, epitomizing a more modern and energized Nokia.
Featuring communal spaces as the central hub, the layout strategically situates meeting and project rooms next to the breakout area, while ensuring ample access to natural light with workstations arranged along the facade. The workspace offers diverse settings, including height-adjustable desks, semi-open workspaces, drop-in tables, and collaborative furniture.
The dynamic new branding design takes inspiration from the traditional Korean heritage fabric known as "mosi." It incorporates gradient colors on the ceiling, walls, and floor, reminiscent of the rich tones and patterns found in this classic fabric. The play of light and shadows, geometric patterns and use of chromatic glass adds depth and texture to the space, complementing the overall aesthetic of mosi-inspired elements.
