After the rerouting of the Suhua Highway, an old road has been given a new life and transformed into a beautiful scenic corridor. The " National Pacific Coast Scenic Highway- Suhua Corridor (Su’ao-Dong’ao section) Improvement Plan " aims to provide a comfortable place for people to relax. The purpose of this improvement is to reduce the flow of large vehicles, improve the steep road, and enhance the recreational value by adding bike paths and rest stops.

The Overlook Green Hills Scenic Area and Requiem Monument combine natural beauty and commemorative significance to provide visitors with sightseeing, rest, and culture. The "Ecological Corridor" provides a safe crossing path for wildlife and reduces road kills, thus promoting ecological balance. The installation of ponds and floodplains effectively solves the problem of stagnant water at the base and provides essential drinking water for wildlife.
