Teaching Space in Shanghai Guanghua College Pudong Campus

Part of teaching space in Shanghai Guanghua College Pudong Campus has been renovated and upgraded to meet the modern teaching needs with the purpose to create more possibilities and enable various innovative teaching methods. It will improve the learning experience of Guanghua Education Group’s students.

Our first touch is the color of the walls where the designer decides to combine white and green as its theme colors. Psychologically, green is likely to light up atmosphere, boost good-feel mood and stimulate vitality while white gives off a sense of freshness and brightness, visually enlarging the space and making people around more comfortable. The whole color scheme reflects the unity of modernness and simplicity.

Secondly, the layout of certain functional zones has been modified. The leisure zone, landscape zone, self-service zone and telephone booth are relocated in the central area. The significance of the main functions of teaching space are distinguished from the lesser ones. In the meantime, various practical functions are included and an easier and quicker access is provided to students to any of these functional zones.

Though the overall design of the elevator hall is simple and bright, a notable sense of liveliness and hierarchy is introduced.

The central island area adopts numerous glass partitions and offers open views of landscape to the public. This not only allows more light passing through, but also makes it better integrate with the surroundings and improve the overall aesthetics.

The modernish conference room is a great way to promote the image of Shanghai Guanghua College-Pudong Campus and also satisfies the diversified needs of reception, interview, negotiation, image display, etc. It will become an important place for Guanghua College-Pudong Campus to host all sorts of meetings, exchanges and campaign exhibits.

With the lavish and simple design on the top, it introduces brightness and freshness in the classrooms. It is also neat and clean. What’s more, illuminating system provides energy-saving and evenly-distributed light, which helps to protect children's eyesight and further enhance the quality of teaching.
