The designer was inspired by the homeowners’ preference for the luxury cars, especially the interior ambient lights in the vehicles, and for the hotels with sophisticated and elegant ambiance. Additionally, the homeowners enjoy gathering with relatives and friends at home. Therefore, the designer sets the house as a fancy private club aiming to build a modern space with a relaxed and enjoyable vibe. The designer adopted a smart RGB LED lighting system as the core of the design but mixed and matched not only the varied artistic coating but also the metal materials and mirrors to spice the space up. Moreover, the dark bricks with a natural stone texture were tiled the exposed wall of the apartment. To ensure a seamless blend between the exterior and interior spaces, the designer picked materials with textures resembling the material used on the exposed wall. The designer achieved a sense of wholeness in the design while extending the texture of the exposed wall through the application of dark tiles in a herringbone pattern on the floor in the entrance also to enrich visual interest. Also, the living room continues the stone motif, with an electric fireplace creating a cozy atmosphere, and the use of veneer and dark wood elevating the visual appeal. The design integrated black iron gray and woodwork for a layered effect. There is a wing-shaped pendant light on the ceiling in the dining area symbolizing the homeowners have various abilities to navigate life's journey and overcome all challenges in life. The dining area features white and Morandi blue with metallic handles, along with a smart RGB lighting system for a luminous effect. The master bedroom features a modern American style and is divided into three zones: a sleeping area with metal ceilings and eco-friendly mineral paint for a tranquil atmosphere, a dressing room with French arches, lighting design, and glass display cabinets for privacy, and an ensuite bathroom with a stone-built bathtub and smart lighting design for a relaxing experience. The design utilizes E1 grade board to reduce the consumption of natural materials, minimizing environmental impact and embodying sustainable principles.
