Jinjia is a well-known emerging beauty and personal care company in China. It is headquartered in Shanghai and has branches in the United States, Japan, Hangzhou, Wuxi and other places. The newly completed Jinjia Shanghai R&D Center is located in the Hongqiao International Central Business District. Based on demand, Jinjia Shanghai R&D Center plans the fourth to fifth floors as R&D areas, the second to third floors as office areas, and the first floor to comprehensively cover five major functional areas: front office reception area, product display area, conference area, negotiation area, and logistics area. . The design team opened up all the shops facing the street in the original building structure and planned a product display area in a prime location. Looking from the outside to the inside, the front hall is like a dreamy huge showcase. The entrance of the foyer and the entrance of the office area are adjusted to a staggered left and right connection, and combined with the background wall to form a flow line for drainage. A highlight that satisfies both the client and the designer is the transformation of the original staggered level into a stepped multi-functional hall. On the right side of the hall, going deeper along the product display area, is another open world. It is a media center and a training center; it can move or remain still, and can be placed or retracted.
