The project is located in the northwest of Xiong'an New Area. It’s the first transferred development plot in Xiong'an District and the only western-style house community in the green corridor. The project covers a total area of 120600 m2 and a total building area of 300000 m2. As the first construction area of Xiong'an New Area, it is a high-level socialist modern city and a national model that can promote high-quality development.

The mass entrepreneurship and innovation center is arranged to form a landmark building facing the southwest portal. The outer boundary of the plot reflects the image of a complete street. The buildings well arranged along the natural shape of the plot are like beautiful notes embedded in the city. The skyline is undulating and orderly, and the solidified buildings seem to be flowing slowly, adding many lively elements.

It runs through the plot to build the main axis of life, set up commerce along the street, and support the peripheral commercial space to form an open and dynamic block. The whole block covers business, light catering, fashion retail, electronic games, etc., creating a multi-level block with "leisure+social+recreation".
