Dongguan Tianji · the New Track（Phase I）

The project construction land is located in Tianxin Village, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City, close to the entrance and exit of the Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway. The west side of the land is ecological road, the south side is Shenglong Road, and the east side is Ronghui Road. The total land area is 65,416 square meters, the floor area ratio is 4.0, and the built-up area is 261,662.8 square meters.

The positioning goal of the project: Committed to creating a comprehensive industrial park with diversified products and mixed functions, providing a good architectural space paradigm for Dongguan's industrial upgrading.

The project echoes the surrounding natural environment in terms of overall planning, shape, landscape and interior space design, and proposes the conceptual theme of "mountains and rivers connecting cities".

In terms of planning, a point-type tower layout is adopted to form a sight corridor and introduce the landscape. In terms of shape, a sky garden is implanted and vertical greening is introduced. The heights are staggered to form rolling facade lines that echo the mountain contours;

In terms of landscape, create a central axis that runs through the park as a landscape vitality zone, set up themed landscapes and activity venues, emphasize openness and interaction, and improve the spatial and environmental quality of the entire plan;

In terms of space, the R&D building combines a two-story sky garden with a shaped sky garden to increase the quality and characteristics of the office.
