CHINA OVERSEAS LAND LU FU is located in the bustling city of Guangzhou, adjacent to the Baiyun Mountain foothills, imbued with the contemporary perspective and spirit of freedom of the city. Between the mountains and the city, it has created a borderless new community of art and life, integrating numerous business formats such as cafes, art museums, restaurants, tea rooms, flavor libraries, and fitness spaces, providing a spiritual oasis for modern people in a hurry. The reception hall is based on the concept of a mountain pavilion, opening up the building facade to integrate the landscape with the interior. Along the slowly advancing travel experience path, immerse oneself in the breathing sensation of free space flow from the outside to the inside. On both sides of the reception hall, there are art exhibition halls and life experience halls connected. The space is enclosed by partition walls and openable screen doors, which conceal the boundaries of the space and create a sense of sequence and hierarchy. Displaying the wooden sculptures in it is natural and vivid, making space exploration more interesting. The private banquet area and tea room are nestled in the floating light and shadows of the misty mountains and forests. The simple glass blocks, warm wooden decorations, and soft and delicate translucent background create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in the space. “We are constructing a "urban free habitat" at the foot of Baiyun Mountain. To connect with nature, as interior designers, we start from architectural planning and business positioning, opening up the space, integrating with the landscape, and constructing a space without boundaries; We hope to create a spatial atmosphere of "harmony but difference" between urban vacation and business formats in the park space, café, art museum, restaurant, tea room, and odor library, creating a closed and interconnected circular flow, achieving a boundless life. ”The above is said by Henk Xiao, the design director of FREEFORM DESIGN.
