The Torch Tower of Revival

The Torch Tower of Revival embodies a strong sense of modern design and a prominent sports symbol. The tower, with its towering structure, features a colorful radial flame composition formed by the main colors of the emblem of the 14th National Games: red, purple, blue, green, and yellow. These colors symbolize the revolutionary sacred land, cultural charm, modern technology, ecological civilization and the loess highlands, respectively. The slender and smooth lines of the tower convey a powerful sense of speed, symbolizing a higher, faster and stronger sports spirit. The multicolored flame design, resembling open wings, signifies the soaring of the Chinese nation.
At the top, a hollow pattern surrounds the emblem of the National Games with auspicious clouds, symbolizing the close unity of the people nationwide. It expresses the firm belief in building a socialist modernized strong country. The body of the tower is intricately engraved with the silhouettes of the 34 major competitive events of the 14th National Games. Through hollow patterns and embedded lighting, it embodies the concept of national fitness and national games, showcasing the nationwide spirit of unity, upward striving, and vigorous sportsmanship. It represents an auspicious and prosperous era of wealth, harmony, stability and national prosperity and well-being. In the central part of the tower, the important symbol of Baota Mountain in the revolutionary sacred land --Yan'an is intricately engraved, paying tribute to the historical anthem for the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party.
Standing at a height of 21 meters, the Torch Tower of Revival is crafted from stainless steel with coloring and gilding. Resembling a flower of prosperity, it shines brilliantly at the center of the Xi’an Olympic Sports Center Stadium, becoming the highly anticipated highlight moment when ignited.
