Lakeview Villa

This project is a design for a single-family house located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The residence is located in a villa near a lake with a quiet view. The owner of the project is an overseas student who wants the whole interior design to be stylish and smooth, but not tacky. Therefore, in the construction of this residence, the design team takes the translucent and smooth design as the core from space positioning to style presentation, and tries to reflect the avant-garde but not exaggerated fashion sense in the design elements, so as to create a comfortable and cozy living space.

The area of the lake view villa is about 425 square meters, in the choice of style, the design is dominated by modern style, with different black, white and grey as the tone, soft furnishings and accessories with low saturation color for the stripe to brighten up, highlighting the fashionable simplicity of the temperament. In the layout planning, the living room, dining room, leisure area and audio-visual entertainment area and other public rest space are mainly arranged on the first floor and the negative floor of the building, as the main rest area of life is planned on the second floor and the third floor to ensure the privacy of personal life.
