Qingfeng Sun Protective Suit

The existing sun-protective clothing on the market is only able to block 320-380 nm UV. However, children have more tender skin that requires a full band of UV protection. Qingfeng Sun Protective Suit innovatively features rare earth technology, using rare earth as the medium and reorganizing its microstructure to enable the fabric to repeatedly absorb and convert 100-400nm ultraviolet in a safe, long-lasting, and efficient way, achieving a full-band UV protection. It also has an antibacterial function with a 98.9% antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus, 15% higher than the international standard.

The fabric applied is skin-friendly and feels fresh and cool, with a contact cool feeling coefficient 40% higher than the international standard, being a perfect companion in hot summer. Additionally, 44 stitches of weft knitting and ultrasonic seamless laminating technology reduce skin abrasion and guarantee a soft and smooth touch. Based on biomechanics, the model for girls takes a cape shape design while the version for boys adopts an innovative 4:6 contour design to secure comfort and breathability. The arc-shaped brim is widened with a heightened mask, and breathable mesh cloth is used under the arms, further enhancing sun protection and avoiding stuffiness. The interesting pattern that changes with light can detect UV intensity, thus making sun protection more intuitive.

Thanks to the utilization of rare-earth-based yarn, the Qingfeng Sun Protective Suit breaks the three main technology bottlenecks of sun protective clothing, coating, textile auxiliary, and titanium dioxide raw yarn. Aside from being 8% lighter than products with the same UPF and number of stitches, this sun protective suit enables UPF 80+, excellent cooling and antibacterial effect as well as other advanced features, pioneering in the kids’ sun suit industry.
