Shadow Series- Grille Folding Door

We draw inspiration from traditional Chinese architecture, ingeniously incorporating the classic element of grey tiles(a kind of curved buliding material mainly used to bulid roof in ancient time) into our design. The entire frame is crafted as a tiered structure, creating a profile with rich layers and contours. Blending the cultural essence of China with contemporary design, we preserve a minimalist approach while adding a unique form that imparts an atmosphere of "Elegance in Grand Halls" to the space.

This folding door is designed with intelligence for seamless space utilization. It automatically closes when the folding angle is less than 15 degrees and opens automatically when the angle is more than 100 degrees. The embedded handle design allows users to open the folding door effortlessly. Concealed small hinges is used plastic caps to cover screw holes, which can make the door aesthetics. The folding mechanism increases spatial accessibility and minimizes its impedance. Even without a floor track, the folding door can be used safely.

Our product has made significant breakthroughs in the field of grid bars. While regular grid bars automatically formed like “R” during tool processing, we have successfully addressed this longstanding issue. Even during milling, our grid bars maintain a right angle, ensuring their smoothness. The design of the dual-side clamps enables quick and secure fixation of the grid bars in place.

This product uses imported metal powder spray, and undergoes exquisite treatment through the high-temperature metal spray coloring process. This process ensures the metal color is high-temperature adsorbed onto the surface, giving the product a glossy appearance reminiscent of stars in the night sky. Simultaneously, the product features a spacious grid design that skillfully balances optimal visibility and light adjustment, providing users with a clear visual experience while effectively preventing glare.

Our product is crafted from 6063-T5 native aluminum, ensuring not only superior quality but also adhering to the principles of sustainable development. In surface treatment, we avoid the use of organic solvents, eliminating the emission of harmful gases such as toluene and xylene.
