The Library at The Royal College of Surgeons

Nestled in the heart of London, the revitalization of the Grade II* listed Royal College of Surgeons stands as a paradigm of architectural ingenuity and respect for historical grandeur. This project, encompassing the 163 square meter Lumley Library and the 55 square meter Erasmus Wilson Room, exemplifies a delicate balance between preserving the past and embracing the future.

In the Lumley Library, soft, direct lighting highlights the vast collection of books, facilitating a conducive reading environment, while in the Erasmus Wilson Room, adjustable indirect lighting sets the stage for a range of events.
