JinBianRuiXiang Mix Complex—Nanchang Jinxiu Guanlan

This project is inspired by "JinBianRuiXiang" flower, and uses "Tengwang High Pavilion, Qiushui Square and Ruixiang Flying Pavilion" to build three scenes of the Ganjiang River, recreating the poetic scene and implying the steady rise of Jiulong Lake and the economic boom. The project is located at the core node of Jiulong Lake New City. The site is located at the intersection of blue and green. Three super high-rise towers are enclosed and spirally raised, outlining two city squares facing the Gan River. The remaining residences twist the towers to form a rhythmic interface to open up the riverside view corridors. While improving the outline of the city skyline, the height of the towers is adjusted to optimize the hierarchy of building groups.

Through the three strategies of "flexibility and efficiency, sky-high tower crown, and dynamic ground", we create a city landmark that mimics nature: the tower is 248 meters tall, the office elevators are directly accessible in three areas, and the elevator halls in the high areas can be set up independently. The building shape is neutral and elegant. The rounded volume that gradually tapers upward is cleverly combined with functions, and is in line with the goal of low-carbon conservation; the tower crown at the top is like a diamond shining on the bank of the Gan River that carries forward the future. Overlooking the river view, you can experience the magnificent scene of Tengwang Pavilion; The first floor of the dynamic ground-level commercial space is open and integrated with the landscape plaza. Three-dimensional transportation connects businesses, squares, green axis and neighborhood centers to create a smooth walking experience. Themed architecture and landscape design allow poetry and romance to bloom on the riverside stage.

This project organically combines its unique "appearance" and "rhyme" with the architectural form to create a futuristic and local urban landmark.
