The Noah Wealth Center is not just a simple office space; rather, it is envisioned as a "miniature city" and a "healthy city." It is a flexible, diverse space that can accommodate various types of activities. Our goal is to provide each user with a "urban space" that suits their needs.
After a comprehensive 3-month survey on office usage, our design strategy and approach have gained a higher-dimensional focus. This includes aspects such as office quality, energy conservation, public services, resilient spaces, digital intelligence, and corporate technological innovation. In the end, Noah's new office building adopts the concept of a "musical forest," supporting various work modes and integrating intelligent high-tech products into the design policy. The design, while meeting the physical and mental well-being of employees, aims to enhance the brand image and spatial value of Noah, fostering the continuity and sustainable development of corporate culture.
