This project aims to plan a common area that embodies the latest advancements in science and technology. The project is being carried out under the guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), which is responsible for driving the country's scientific and technological development. In 2014, MOST was reorganized into the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) to further advance this mission. With the rapid pace of technological advancements and the changing landscape in the post-epidemic era, the project's goal is to create an environment that is innovative, inclusive, and sustainable. This will be achieved by combining science and technology with healthy living. The space planning will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the users, with a focus on updating the software and hardware to the latest standards. In addition, light and shadow aesthetics design will be incorporated to create a visually stunning environment that inspires creativity and productivity. The project is an embodiment of the concept of "Innovation, Inclusion, and Sustainability." It seeks to create a common area that is not only technologically advanced, but also promotes healthy living and environmentally responsible practices. The end result will be a beautiful, functional, and sustainable space that meets the needs of the users while simultaneously advancing the country's scientific and technological development.

The architects behind the construction of the building put a lot of thought into its design and appearance. They wanted the building to be unique and memorable, so they incorporated the NSTC (National Science and Technology Center) logo at the entrance as the main visual element. This design choice immediately catches the eye and gives visitors a sense of the building's purpose. In addition, the architects opted to deviate from traditional architecture norms by adding concentric circles, ripples, and metal elements to the building's exterior. These elements not only add visual interest, but also convey a sense of energy and movement, as well as a futuristic atmosphere that reflects the theme of the NSTC.
