Located on the south side of the Tianhe Campus of Zhixin Middle School, the local area has excellent location and landscape resources. It is surrounded by three parks and supported by a key middle school on the north side. Coupled with natural elevation differences, it also has large resources of trees and banyan trees. Some of the large trees are preserved on their original sites, while others are relocated according to the project design. Along with convenient transportation, the environment is also very quiet. Therefore, we want to use the height difference of the plateau, ancient trees, and supporting resources to create improved residential areas related to culture, education, and inheritance.
Landscape interprets Guangdong Lingnan culture and Guangdong lifestyle culture, incorporating spatial structure, living scenes, detailed elements, IP, and other elements into the site. The cultural visual and emotional memory of Guangdong Lingnan is embedded in the details, extending from the pain points of the customer group to another Lingnan lifestyle habit that differs from fast-paced life - the "leisure" time in Rongxia, and setting different living scenes based on customer needs and operations.
The landscape space adopts a composite space, achieving boundless infiltration of nature, space, and function, forming a leisurely living space under the banyan tree and a functional area for all ages. The overall park achieves the coexistence of art and function, creating a livable and enjoyable living atmosphere.
