Drawing inspiration from the WELL system's focus on human-centric office design, we've meticulously considered stress reduction, emotional support, and rest for office personnel. Our office space is equipped with a smart building system, featuring intelligent registration and company queries for visitors at the front desk, integrated gates, and smart elevator controls. Our parking system is also automated for convenience. Across different areas, we've employed various textures and temperatures to create inviting atmospheres. The ground floor, with its contrasting stone and interplay of light and shadow, exudes a sense of elegance. The second floor, adorned with linen wall coverings and wood finishes, fosters a sense of stability in meeting areas. Standard floors adopt a black-and-white palette, offering tenants ample room for personalization. At the top level, metallic accents and OLED displays accentuate the technological aspect of the exhibition hall. Our ethos revolves around cultivating a healthy, human-centric workspace. Thus, we provide convenient smart building facilities for enterprise inquiries and parking, while also leveraging communal spaces for stress relief. From gaming lounges to oasis-themed campsites and private sleeping pods, we offer diverse settings tailored for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our aim is to help office personnel unwind and recharge effectively outside of work hours.
