Xi’an COFCO Aerial Forest 143 Model Room

Located in the core area of Xi 'an Olympic Sports Center with a complete set of commercial, educational, ecological and other supporting resources, the project makes this space a "breathing" home in the city, and creates a peaceful habitat in the bustling city through artistic design techniques such as borrowing, landscaping, negative space, and contrast.
Nature makes the home a true spiritual residence. The porch with adequate storage space evokes the a sense of relaxation. The wood veneer with nature’s gentle attribute not only serves as guidance to visitors in terms of line, but also makes the atmosphere more intimate and warm, thus creating a comfortable and perspicuous feeling.
The open but interconnected design not only makes the space more accessible, but also expresses emotions and life. The subtle, elegant white blends with gray tones have been chosen as the base of the space. The interspersed wood veneer makes the space smooth and soft, awakening residents’ inner peace.
The scenery outside the window helps decoration in creating a sense of nature. Minimalist log with dopamine color, which are bright, fresh but elegant, provides a natural and refreshing experience with a sense of retro.
The dining room and kitchen have hidden attributes of common life. And its semi-wrapped layout evokes intimacy and security.
The changeable hidden dining table reserves more possibilities for future life. That means while cooking, the design can further strengthens the interaction and participation between the families.
The master room uses living room’s color, logs matching dopamine orange tones. This match creates a stylish and pleasant feeling. The wonderful and personalized appliances and ornaments show the openness and freedom. In this room, the residents can be themselves, as if they had got rid of worldly possessions and returned to the original.
There is a small universe inside the heart of every child. The children's room has handmade walls and reading areas, where parents can play a puzzle game with their children without the disturbance of electronic devices.
