The Foshan Urban Development Center project is located in the core area of the Central Business District (CBD) within the Chancheng District of Foshan City, Its western side adjoins the Wenhua Park and commands an unparalleled cityscape view overlooking the southern Asian Art Park, capitalizing on exceptional urban landscape resources. This project boasts a total building height of 200 meters and integrates multiple functions such as office space, commercial retail, corporate exclusive clubs, and a city observation deck.

Inspired by the city flower of Foshan, the White Magnolia, the architectural design twists upward to maximize scenic vistas, resembling blossoming petals that express simplicity, clarity in form, graceful lines, and strong unity. The ascending form and facade texture symbolize the rising and developing spirit of Foshan, ingeniously blending the city's cultural with corporate ethos.

The project features an impressive transparent lobby soaring up to 18 meters high, along with a tower crown designed akin to two blooming white magnolias. This distinctive visual identity is powerfully showcased from both distant and close-up perspectives. Functionally divided vertically, each zone has its independent lobby, elevator hall, and dedicated vertical circulation for seamless separation of activities.

Structural engineering has been artfully tailored to accommodate the architectural form, leveraging eight giant columns to create an expansive column-free interior space. The office areas boast a maximum span of 26 meters, allowing for the utmost utilization of the panoramic views over Wenhua Park. This thoughtful design ensures that occupants can enjoy unobstructed vistas while maintaining functional efficiency and aesthetic appeal.

This project ingeniously integrates regional cultural elements with urban development, aiming to highlight its cultural connotations and iconic value. It strives to establish itself as a brand new landmark in the bay area, an outstanding new image for enterprises, and a fresh paradigm for the city's future development.
