Central air-conditioning pipeline hole embedded beam mold

Explore the research that needs to be combined with the design that conflicts with the architectural structure in the architectural design stage.

In the process of interior decoration, 80% of the owners will use central air conditioning or air duct machine as the preferred electrical appliance for home heating and ventilation. Because most residential floors in China are only 2.8 meters high from the ground and only 2.5 meters from the ground under the beam, if the air conditioning copper pipes and drainage pipes are under the beam, the height of the floor will inevitably be reduced, which will affect the residence. Experience, most owners or construction units choose to solve the problem of air conditioning pipes affecting the height of large beams. In a house with three bedrooms and two living rooms, air conditioners can reach 8-10 holes from beams, which brings great safety hazards to the building structure, but China's architectural design is rarely tested in the civil design stage. Considering the reservation of air conditioning holes to reduce the potential safety hazards of openings, I found that this problem is a common site in the actual interior design process. Based on many years of design experience, I designed "a mold for beam ribs and embedded holes" and applied for an invention patent (application number: 202322841182.2) Let this problem be considered in the architectural design stage as much as possible, and bury the prefabricated model when pouring the civil construction beam body to solve this potential safety problem. Through this example, I gradually found that there are many places where architectural design and interior design need to cooperate with each other.
