Shijiazhuang Lihang Tangyue Mansion, including both the Lihang Guantang and Lihang Tangyue projects, represents a revolutionary approach to architecture with implementation of passive building techniques. This innovative method not only prioritizes energy efficiency but also ensures optimal comfort for residents.

In addition to meeting stringent criteria for ultra-low energy consumption, passive buildings maintain indoor temperatures between 20-26 degrees Celsius and relative humidity levels between 35%-65%, optimizing human comfort. Furthermore, these structures feature smartphone-enabled remote control systems for zoning temperature and humidity levels, enhancing convenience and customization for occupants.

Residents have the flexibility to adjust indoor climates based on personal preferences through smartphone apps, facilitating remote control access. This flexibility accommodates diverse temperature and humidity requirements for household members, while also streamlining building management through intelligent controls.

Key features of these passive buildings include insulation on all six sides, high-performance thermal envelope structures, airtight doors and windows, and efficient heat recovery systems. The patented technology utilized in the heat recovery systems ensures consistent performance even in extreme temperatures as low as -25 degrees Celsius, while maintaining indoor air purity through reverse osmosis membrane technology.

Moreover, these buildings adhere to green building standards, with 100% airtightness testing across the entire product line and the use of green decorative materials in Lihang Guantang residences, ensuring zero formaldehyde and harmful gas emissions.

The exterior walls boast 250mm insulation thickness, while roof insulation measures 270mm, significantly surpassing conventional building standards. Triple-pane, double-glazed low-emissivity (LOW-E) glass-aluminum composite windows enhance insulation, while an air conditioning fresh air system with efficient heat recovery ensures consistent indoor comfort throughout the year.

Smart security and home automation systems are integrated into the projects, offering features such as perimeter alarm, digital visual intercom, high-definition video surveillance, and customizable smart home scenarios accessible via mobile devices and voice AI technology.

Shijiazhuang Lihang Tangyue Mansion sets a new benchmark in energy-efficient passive building design, aligning with green building principles and offering residents a sustainable, comfortable, and technologically advanced living environment. With a focus on resource conservation and environmental protection, these projects contribute to reducing carbon emissions and fostering ecological sustainability in urban settings.
