Located in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, the interior design team of SWS Group and Binjiang Group/Xingyao Real Estate jointly brought a new model of residential aesthetics to Lishui. The design style extracts the keywords of "nature, art, and anti-Yen" as the main keynote, and the BLDK integrated pattern replaces the traditional spatial pattern, taking home socialization as the consideration, breaking the limitations of vision, and connecting the living room, dining room, kitchen and other spaces in one, shortening the home movement, expanding the social space, and guiding the family to pay more attention to the communication and interaction of family affection, so that the family relationship can be warmed up. Scenes such as children's time, family coffee bar, study, wine cabinet, minibar, and quiet moments are all in one. A life scene that is both spiritual and functional can build a pleasant "home landscape".



The space is made of textured mountain grain wood veneer, the ceiling is painted with artistic paint with texture details, and the combination of Bulgari white slate creates a living scene that conforms to modern design aesthetics. The integrated linkage design of BLDK makes the public area have good ventilation and space vision, bringing the interactive experience of a large living room. Running through the multi-functional area, the multi-work area cleverly combines the functions of the study, handicraft area, fitness area and other functions to form a home shared space suitable for both movement and quiet.



The restaurant is equipped with a small island and a western kitchen bar, and the design of Chinese and Western kitchens can meet the needs of various dining scenes, and the storage space at the back of the western kitchen bar has greatly improved and optimized the space utilization. The design of the master bedroom adopts a hotel-style scene layout, and the external basin is combined with the MINI water bar to create a space scene with a leisure and vacation feeling.
