Dongguan GUI Yu Qifeng 258 units

Dongguan Guiyu Qifeng 258 Residence is located in Dongguan, China. The project combines two 129 square meter residential units into one 258 square meter large unit. The biggest difficulty of this project lies in the handling of the interface space between the two units. How to make the two units perfectly integrated is a problem that the designer has to focus on. In addition, how to utilize the existing spatial conditions to ensure that the functions of each space are not duplicated while showcasing the luxury of a large apartment is also a key consideration for designers.
The designer has set up a spacious reception hall with ample reception and activity space. The integrated space of a large open kitchen connects the restaurant, tea room, and bar. The master bedroom suite is equipped with a multifunctional study and a separate coat and hat room, meeting daily living needs. Created a modern, minimalist, luxurious and elegant spatial experience.
