Urban Nexus Residences

The inspiration for this project stemmed from a desire to create a space where community and connection thrive and to foster an inclusive community to all. We recognized the increasing intertwining of personal and professional lives, particularly among artists, writers, and freelancers, and sought to design an environment that supports and celebrates this interconnectedness by converging dwelling and co-working functionalities into a harmonious union.

Our design vision aims to foster an inclusive community to all. We strategically integrate continuous public spaces on the ground floor to encourage organic connections between urban and residential environments, fostering a fluid interplay between urban dynamics and residential comfort, nurturing soft and mutually enriching connections.

To honor the historical fabric of the locale, our design integrates random arches, subtly woven into the architecture. These elements not only serve to blur boundaries but also pay homage to the context of local arch buildings, preserving the charm and character of the surrounding area.
