DRILLING

DRILLING (translation "triplet") is (1) a Third-Wave-Café, (2) a mixologist bar and (3) an artisanial distillery under one roof. It is located in an former marzipan factory and revived its productional and industrial style. Nowadays small batch spirits are produced here. It is the home of Hamburgs first full distillery after nearly 50 years. The Citys first Rum and Whisky are produced there.
The industrial design is a combination of the old industrial heritage and one of a kind furniture that is produced for this certain project. It all together combines the area for customers in the Café and Bar ith the production site.
