This residential planning project presents a unique challenge due to the limited space, fixed beam structure and narrow room type pattern of the house. The designer's goal was to transform the cramped space into a spacious and comfortable environment, equipped with functional facilities. To achieve this, the designer introduced an abundance of curved elements into the space to break the constraints of the pattern. Light white and warm wood tones were used as the base to create a soft and stress-free environment. The result is a rounded and inviting space that evokes a sense of calm and relaxation. The design also took into account the needs and living habits of the residents to ensure that the functional facilities were appropriately configured. The attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of the design, from the placement of furniture to the selection of decor. Overall, this well-designed space offers a perfect balance of form and function, providing the residents with a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

The designers of this home took into consideration the fact that natural light was only coming in from one side. To make the most of the light, they integrated the living room and kitchen space on the same axis, creating an open layout. This allowed the light to reflect through the floor-to-ceiling windows and flow unobstructed throughout the entire room, resulting in a bright and spacious environment. As the house is not surrounded by tall buildings, the residents can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside through the windows. To eliminate the sense of compression in the space, the designers cleverly used an arc design. This created a soft visual effect and a warm atmosphere through smooth curved surfaces. Additionally, it reduced the occurrence of bumps and injuries to young children in the home. The arc design not only gives the space an aesthetic dimension but also improves the safety of the living environment.
