Hunan TV's 2020-2021 New Year's Eve concert stage design is based on the "Watchtower Stage," "Time Stage," "Dream-chasing Stage," "Starry Stage," and the central stage. Each stage's decoration, lighting installations, and overall structure have been meticulously arranged to create a unique visual feast for the audience. This stage design not only serves its functional purposes but also preserves the beauty and integrity of the stage. By integrating artistic effects and technological innovations, we have crafted an artistic stage brimming with vitality and youthful energy, paying homage to the future.
We aim to capture all the beautiful moments on this stage, drawing inspiration from the spinning top in the movie "Inception," shaping the "giant spinning top" as the core image of the stage, presenting a design that is unique both in appearance and symbolism.
The overall stage design is divided into seven main zones, with the central stage as the focal point and auxiliary stages on both sides. From left to right, they are named "Vigilant Stage," "Chronicle Stage," "Dream Pursuit Stage," and "Starry Stage." The central stage is connected to an extended platform, ending with a circular center stage. Behind the entire stage area is a curved LED screen, interspersed with scenic elements and lighting fixtures, creating a rich background effect. The central stage features a giant gyroscope structure, meticulously engineered to suspend without the need for suspension devices, supported by a central steel column, creating a visually stunning "levitating" effect. The "Vigilant Stage" is primarily composed of a large screen, with two "flying saucer" structures above and below the screen, creating a dynamic visual effect. The "Chronicle Stage" is designed in the shape of an hourglass, adorned with multiple individually controllable lights. The "Dream Pursuit Stage" resembles a space station, incorporating water and fire elements for added visual appeal, with a circular CNC water curtain surrounding the stage, displaying various patterns. The "Starry Stage" is illuminated primarily by various light fixtures arranged on a light wall backdrop. Below the stage floor, a network of panels is filled with lights, enhancing the stage's vertical depth perception.
