Longgang CC Creative District

This project is located in an important part of the Longgang Digital Creative Corridor. The start-up area project connects the international university park, ecological park, high-tech industrial clusters, and connects the high-efficiency transportation network to the cultural and creative block scene university city, creating a low-density "Campus Oasis" in a high-density urban environment. At overall planning level, an open block strategy is adopted, from points, lines and planes, corresponding to three high-quality public spaces of courtyards, streets and squares, creating public open spaces of pleasant scale and activating urban areas. At the architectural design level, it fully respects the original structure and basic features, adopts light steel plug-ins, opens up the first floor, and replaces functions. The architectural design style retains the unique Hakka traditional style of Longgang District, and creates three on the basis of the original building. A Hakka courtyard, combined with the art residency program, creates an all-round art oasis. At the landscape design level, using the design techniques of opening the first floor and swinging out the landscape, the scale of the current street is transformed to design a pleasant walking scale.
