The project covers a total area of 2,530m2. The project is located in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City. It consists of a reception hall on the first floor and a sales office and a clubhouse on the first basement floor. The evolution of the modeling symbols of Zhengzhou's local cultural totem is implanted into the space design. By building a high-end circle of club experience, it presents the future life scene of WYSIWYG for the owners and establishes a model of hidden luxury living.
Jinshui District is named after the Jinshui River, which originated in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period and runs through the whole region from west to east. It has been heard that there is a river through Zhengzhou, which is famous for the golden water, which originates in the western suburbs of Zhengzhou. In ancient times, Zichan was the prime minister of the State of Zheng. Because of the party to govern the country, the State of Zheng did not close the house at night and did not pick up the relics.
