Semk Licensing (Shenzhen) Ltd.

The Semk Licensing (Shenzhen) Ltd. project embodies the combination and collision of brand culture and modern innovation. Focusing on the brand concept of Be Playful and Sharing, this project incorporates the brand's culture- sharing growth and enjoyment into the design language, aiming to bring a more pleasant and diversified user experience by building a space featuring diversity, growth, collision, and sharing and visually interpreting the corporate culture value of B. Duck.

This project makes the most of limited space. It innovatively merges the large meeting room and showroom into a single training meeting space. By using slabs to form movable partitions, the showroom can present a static exhibition hall or mobile sharing corners, transforming a limited space into diverse functional spaces.

In addition, this project tries to create connected spaces for communication between people inside and outside. The coffee area, showroom/library, and large meeting room are interconnected to facilitate communication and sharing among colleagues. The coffee area extends from inside to the outer balcony, aiming to divert people's attention from scrolling the phone screen to real-life group chatting, creating more spaces to share enjoyment and promote common growth.

This project follows the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) environmental protection principles throughout its design process. It utilizes a lot of renewable materials to be long-lasting and durable, contributing to sustainable development and environmental protection. Moreover, it uses intelligent lighting systems to help achieve the energy-saving goal.
