Located in the south of the island, every summer, the wind from the sea always crosses the peninsula, plains, and Beidawu, spreading northward, mixed with the aroma of the three seas of the Taiwan Strait, Bashi Channel, and the Pacific Ocean, as well as the mountain waves from the top of Beidawu Mountain. This wind, where the mountains meet the waves, carries the fragrance of yulan flowers, as well as the taste of pineapple, mango, and other flowers and fruits, along with the warmth of the sun, blowing in the abundance of the southern country - Pingtung.

The abundant southern country has multiple meanings. In addition to its rich agricultural and fishery resources, diverse ethnic groups such as the Paiwan, Rukai, Minnan, Hakka, and mainlanders have taken root here successively, making the southern part of the island like the tail of a whale, always leaping with vitality.
