The project exhibition area fully embraces the resort atmosphere of waterfront living, aiming to create a hotel-style residential experience of "tranquil lakeside living and island luxury homes." It seeks to upgrade the hotel-style quality and resort ambiance of a modern community, combining sensory experiences of island living.

Through a three-tier spatial sequence, the exhibition area recreates the ceremonial patterns of ancient noble families. Each level progresses, integrating the timeless beauty of the East into the modern journey of returning home. The hotel-style refined elegance is expressed in every architectural form and spatial detail, combining space, time, and the rituals of human interaction.

The welcoming plaza, with its dynamic curved design, emphasizes the axis and ceremonial order within the space, connecting seamlessly with the urban environment. The "customized sense of ceremony, the supreme journey home" public space is not merely an entrance or passage but the source of a ritualistic lifestyle. From the hotel-style drop-off area, through the hotel lobby and underground clubhouse, to the final destination of the resort water feature platform, the community's relaxation and sophistication are simultaneously presented to observers.

The exhibition area combines the underground clubhouse as an exhibition hall, surrounding it with a sunken courtyard. The back area of the building emphasizes the resort atmosphere, employing a more relaxed and landscape-oriented approach. The underground clubhouse, as the highlight of the entire experiential area, features an indoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, private dining, and other amenities, emphasizing the creation and experience of the future community's living atmosphere. The above-ground space is cleverly divided into two areas: the front area serves as the hotel-style drop-off zone, while the rear area features a resort-like water play area, creating a community space that caters to various activities of daily life.
