Zhuhai Centre - Huafa Mall

Zhuhai Centre - Huafa Mall is located in the Shizimen Central Business District, across the water from Macau to the east, Hengqin New District to the south, Zhuhai Free Trade Zone to the west, and Wan Chai Port to the north which is an economical strategic location. The retail mall is developed with the site area of 69,000 sqm and the total GFA of 73,000 sqm which is supported by the office tower with the area of 110,000 sqm, the hotel with the area of 58,000 sqm and the residential community with the area of 128,000 sqm within the mix-used development complex.



Drawing inspiration from Zhuhai, a unique and beautiful coastal city, the design concept is a gem on the sea, aiming to create a unique future business place that is pleasant, gathering and sharing. The site is divided into three plots by streets. The design based on the concepts of waves, ripples, and reflections connect indoor and outdoor businesses to create interesting walking routes with rich experience. At the same time, focusing on consumer experience, the three venues are designed differently to cater to diverse consumption styles. The main entrance of plot 10B will become a landmark of the city with a young and futuristic design approach. Pass through the waterfall bridge to reach the main lobby of plot 10A. The design of the oversized side courtyard blurs the indoor and outdoor boundary forming a visual interaction. The central island with the concept of sparkling gems will become another new business card of Zhuhai. Wandering around the outdoor blocks of plot 9, the nature and future are once again integrated, outlining a new community life.
